Yes! CloudNest™ uses supportive high density soft-foam that provides a comfortable balance between softness and structure. It is designed for everyday sitting, sleeping, lounging, movie nights, and occasional overnight guests without uncomfortable springs underneath.

CloudNest™ is designed to replace multiple pieces of furniture by functioning as a sofa, lounger, and guest bed. It stays compact while folded, but you should allow approximately 6.5 feet by 6.5 feet of clear floor space when fully opened.

No tools or complicated assembly are required! Simply unbox the compressed sections, arrange the cushions, and allow the foam time to expand. Most of the shape returns within 24-48 hours, though complete expansion may take several days.

Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact ITO Labs before shipping anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.

To receive a full refund, you must return the complete order originally received. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

All equipment must be emptied of treatment liquid, cleaned, securely packaged, and returned using a trackable shipping service. Once the complete return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
